Comfort Suites DFW N/Grapevine

Had very friendly service. Was able to find the place easily and for me, the beds were comfortable. The jet bath felt amazing. Highly recommend staying here for any reason at a reasonable cost.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had! Property well kept and clean. Very comfortable at a great price and in a great location. But here’s the thing, it’s the people (staff) that make this place amazing! From shuttle driver, to check in to help with local places to go near by, the staff took the time to help and go above and beyond expectations . They want you to be happy. Staff clearly loves what they do here and take pride in every aspect so you will be satisfied with your stay. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was supplied, when I had an issue with a hairdryer, front desk brought a new one up to my room so quickly and with a smile. This is a great team! I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Comfort suites staff! You’re the BEST!!!

Really enjoyed the stay. I needed a hotel because I missed my connection flight and had to stay for the night until the next flight. And the people at the front desk where very helpful. I did a walk-in late check-in but still got the same price. They have a shuttle service every hour which was perfect to help save on extra expenses. The staff was very kind. I didn't expect the rooms to have a hot tub, that was nice and helped me relax. There's a Waffle House across the parking lot as well as a gas station with a convenience store.

Everything about this place is competitive with Hilton and the five star places , very quality , very luxurious!!!! Extended my stay by 2 days and my company accidentally booked online for 2 days as well , got an instant refund no problems . The beds are like clouds , showers are heaven with plushy towels , breakfast is quality , not so much real from scratch but good options . Would recommend to all coming through here !!!

A very clean hotel, with pretty helpful staff. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very quiet, beds were comfy. Only complaint was that our tub had residue in it and it's because it doesn't drain well because the faucet doesn't turn off even when the shower is running. You can also tell it leaks as they have painted over mold in the bathroom next to the tub. But other then that everything was great for the 2 nights we stayed.

The hotel is at a very convenient location - close to the airport and across from the Grapevine mills (although it would take 30 minutes to walk there since it’s across the highway). The airport shuttle service was very convenient and quick. The staff is helpful if you communicate well with them. I was able to get a late checkout by an hour and waited around for a few hours after until I had to leave for my flight. The breakfast was good, as you’d expect. Hotel room was spacious, clean, and organized. It had a jacuzzi. Great value for money.

I had an unexpected stay at the Comfort Suites near DFW after my flight was canceled and I was automatically rebooked. Even though the situation was stressful, the hotel staff made a huge difference. The man working at the front desk—whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch—was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even making sure I made it onto the shuttle for my rebooked flight the next morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long day of travel issues. Overall, great service, a great attitude from the staff member I interacted with, and a reliable place to stay near the airport. I’d definitely recommend it.

I stayed at Comfort Suites with a group, and overall we had a great experience. When I first arrived, the AC in my room wasn’t cooling properly, but the front desk quickly helped by suggesting I use the window controls instead of the wall unit—problem solved. The next morning, maintenance even stopped by to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the housekeeping staff was just as helpful when I needed a towel replaced. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the room was clean, spacious, and nicely refreshed. The bathtub was almost hot-tub sized, and it felt wonderful to soak in it after a long day of travel.
